Phyllis Ann Creech, age 83, of Corbin, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Baptist Health in Lexington.
Born in St. Albans, West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Sanson and Ida Ethel Womack Sanson. Ann was an owner/operator of Creech Tile in Corbin where she worked with her husband. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Corbin, and she and her husband enjoyed spending their winters in Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Clara Mae Drumheller and Bette Upton; brother, Thomas Lee Sanson; granddaughter, Jamie Elise Creech, and by her daughter-in-law, Melissa Creech.
Ann is survived by her loving husband, Milton Creech; three children, Joey Creech (Sherry), Kimberly Creech (Richard), and Eric Creech (Lisa Peace); grandchildren, Joseph Creech (Kim), Casey Creech (Stacey), Jonathan Creech, Katelin Creech, Hanna Hamilton, Branson Hamilton (Kylar), and Jesse Creech; great-grandchildren, Bentley, Lexi, Maverick, Millie, Calix, Callie, Bailey, Luke, Brooks, and Ivy; and by several nieces, nephews, and by many friends including a special friend, Nancy Faulkner.
Visitation for Phyllis Ann Creech will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024, from 12noon until 2pm at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. Her funeral service will begin at 2pm on Friday at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky.
