Michael Reeves Obituary
Hotdog was born on June 24, 1962, in Corbin, Kentucky. He was the son of the late James Clyde Reeves and Joyce Wells Gaddis. He retired as a service attendant with CSX Railroad.
Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Nancy Reeves.
Hotdog is survived by his mother, Joyce Gaddis, and stepfather, Herbert Gaddis, Jr., of Corbin, Kentucky; two sons, Seth Reeves and wife, Sarah, of Corbin, Kentucky, and Jake Reeves and wife, Jessie, of Covington, Kentucky; one sister, Sandra Reeves and husband, Michael Watkins, of Corbin, Kentucky; one brother, Danny Reeves and wife, Cindy, of Lexington, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Wyatt Reeves, Ella Reeves, Bryce Reeves, Cole Reeves, and Hensley Reeves; two nephews, Adam Reeves and wife, Sarah, of Lexington, Kentucky, and Joseph Reeves and wife, Meredith, of Lexington, Kentucky; and a host of family and friends to mourn his passing.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bobby Jo Eaton officiating. Prior to the memorial service, there will be visitation from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
