Phyllis Ann Beckerich

PHYLLIS ANN BECKERICH, age 82, passed away peacefully at her home in Hilliard, Ohio, on December 8, 2025, surrounded by her family. Throughout her life, Phyllis was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who always had a hug and anencouraging word for all of those whom she loved.

Born in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of Ralph and Sarah (Hall) Johnson. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Ralph Johnson, Jr., sister-in-law, Sue Johnson, and nephew, Doug Wood. She is survived by her brother, Russell (Cheryl) Johnson, and sister,Linda Johnson.

Phyllis is survived by her four children: Michelle Steed, Deborah McCarthy (David Marks), Kimberly (Joe) Miller, and Michael (Amanda) Beckerich. She was a proud grandmother of five: Elizabeth (Erin), Nicholas, Lucille, Samantha, and Vivian and a great grandmother to Palmer Ann. Her children and grandchildren were truly the light of her life. Finally, she leaves behind her beloved schnauzers, Elle and Spring.

A private memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2026, at Woodland Cemetery & Arboretum, 118 Woodland Avenue, Dayton, Ohio.
