Phyllis Carol Crider Burchett, age 76, of Staffordsville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024 at her home.
Phyllis was born October 6, 1947 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Samuel James Crider and Catherine Stanley Crider. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gregory Gene Burchett and two brothers, Bobby Crider and Doug Crider.
She is survived by one son, Gregory Scott Burchett of Louisville, Kentucky; four brothers, Johnny Crider of Staffordsville, Kentucky, Charles Crider of Troy, Ohio, Tom Crider of Hager Hill, Kentucky, and Richard Crider of Staffordsville, Kentucky; and two sisters, Sue Cantrell of Staffordsville, Kentucky and Sheila Honeycutt of Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2024 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2024.
