Clevenhagen, Phyllis Marie (Horn) - Age 78, of Hope, died June 10, 2025. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday, June 16, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (Funeral services may be viewed by live stream from a link on Phyllis' page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.) Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held 10 AM Monday until the time of the service on Monday, June 16.
Phyllis was born January 12, 1947 in Flint, the daughter of Henry and Eleanor (Choate) Horn. She married James I. Clevenhagen. Phyllis loved to read, you would never see her without a book, or her nook in hand. She enjoyed telling a joke, and remembered all that she heard. She also loved gardening and her flowers. Most of all Phyllis loved being with her family.
Phyllis is survived by her husband of 55 years who took wonderful care of her, James I. Clevenhagen; children, Sheri McWilliams, James S. Clevenhagen, Dawn (Mark) Hudson, Erika Boyce (Guy Roberts), and Darrin Clevenhagen; nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; her special sister, Rachel Chambers; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Paige; son, Brad; brother, William "Bill" Horn.
