The Cuthills were our neighbors when we lived at the end of Center Road in Mountain Crest Acres. We knew that Mrs. Cuthill was Scottish. She proved it when Dawn graduated from high school: Remember the glorious bagpipe music that your Mom played, Dawn? Great music; good neighbors! Rest in peace, Phyllis.
