Beloved wife of the late Richard. Loving mother of Steven (Danza), Jeanmarie, and Lisa. Cherished grandmother of John (Kelly), Dylan (Carol Schott), Rachel (Adam) David, Kyle, and Jordan (Abigail Kaczmarek) Mikolajewski. Proud great-grandmother of Peyton, Kameron, and Rosalyn.
Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Phyllis attended St. Felicitas Parish and graduated from Mercy High School. She enjoyed a long and successful career in banking, dedicating over 30 years to the profession where she earned the trust and friendship of many colleagues and customers.
Following her retirement, Phyllis embraced her creativity by owning and operating her own craft business for ten years. She was also an avid traveler who delighted in exploring the world - visiting Australia, China, and much of Europe. Her warmth, creativity, and adventurous spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
Dear sister of Carol (the late Bill) Krause, the late Patricia (Frank) Oboikovitz, the late Michael (Catherine) Dore, the late Gerald (Veronica) Dore, the late Robert (Donna) Dore, the late Margaret Dore.
A celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date.
