Age 86 of Lino Lakes, passed away on May 15, 2025.
Preceded in death by brother, Martin Bistram.
Survived by husband, Bill; daughter, Gina Frey; son, Dan (Shari); grandchildren, Billy (Rachel) Flanagan, Daniel Flanagan, Tony Tourville, Ryan Frey, Katelyn (Sean) Wilke and Kadie Flanagan; great-granddaughters, Carter Tourville and Seeley Flanagan; and sister, Janice Volk.
Our mother exemplified unwavering love and devotion to her children and grandchildren, radiating joy whenever she encountered any of us. She lived life to the fullest, showcasing remarkable creativity in ceramics and other pursuits that will be treasured for generations. Her passions included crafting, spending time with her grandkids, and traveling with her husband Bill and their childhood friends. She approached life with an unrelenting spirit, never complaining despite her health issues, and demonstrated dignity, humor, and strength, forming the foundation of our family.
Visitation 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 21 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Lino Lakes, 7050 Lake Drive. Graveside service 1:15 PM Wednesday, May 21 at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, 171 Elm St., Lino Lakes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Dementia Society of America.
