Phyllis Gevelber

GEVELBER, Phyllis, nee Adelstein, age 87, passed away on June 23rd, 2024, beloved wife of the late Marvin Gevelber, devoted mother of Karen and David Rosenthal of Charlotte, NC, Mitch and Lisa Gevelber of Palo Alto, CA, Susan Gevelber and David Zimmerman of Madison, WI, dear sister of Arlyne and Harold Levy, and Maxine and Milton Bloom, loving grandmother of Miriam Rosenthal, Sarah and Bryan Riemer, Kira and Michael Zimmerman and Tevah and Shoshi Gevelber. She is also survived by wonderful nephews, their wives and children. She leaves behind dear friends in her newly adopted home in Palo Alto, CA. Graveside services will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park on Friday, June 28th beginning at 10:00AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to UW Madison Carbone Cancer Center or Dana Farber Cancer Institute would be appreciated.
