Phyllis Greiling, 91, of Hobart, passed away on December 23, 2025, at Emerald Bay Retirement Home.
Phyllis was born on April 30, 1934, in Green Bay and spent her childhood in De Pere, Wisconsin on the Fox River across from St. Norbert's College. She had the opportunity to work to work with her father who was the Kellogg Bank VP doing clerical work for the Green Bay Packers. She graduated from UW - Whitewater with a teaching degree in Business Education. The majority of her teaching career was at Preble High School. In her retirement, she traveled to all 48 states with her husband and fifth well camper.
Phyllis is survived by her three children: James, Don and Kaye and their spouses; along with seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Don; her parents; and two sisters, Nancy and Jeanine.
A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Phyllis will take place at a later date. Interment will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, Florida.
