Phyllis Jo Milner

ROCKVILLE-Phyllis Jo Milner, 87, of Rockville, Indiana passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022, in her residence. She was the retired owner of the Rockville Sale Barn. She was born June 24, 1935, in Brazil, Indiana to the late Albert Boor and Mildred Stark Boor. Her husband of 62 years, Walter W. Milner whom she married February 26, 1955, preceded her in death May 21, 2017.
Survivors include two sons, Randy (Tamra) Milner and Scott (Stacey) Milner of Rockville; two daughters, Terri Hammontree (Mike Hott) of Coatsville and Marti Veach (Dan Harmon) of Rockville; one brother, Phillip (Bonnie) Boor of Brazil; one brother in law, Mike Call of Brazil; one sister in law, Yvonne Boor of Brazil; seven grandchildren, Tiffani (Jared) Martin, Abigail (Brandon) Wells, Mackenzi Milner, Malori (Nick) Volz, Kyle (Shelly) Hammontree, Tyler Milner and Treyton Milner; five great- grandchildren, Jacob Martin, Mason Martin, Paisli Volz, Lydia Volz and Ava Hammontree.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim, and David Boor and two sisters, Janet (Ed) Pearce and Debbie Call. She was a graduate of Brazil High School. She was a member of the Covered Bridge Home Economics Club and enjoyed playing cards.
Services will be 3:00 pm Friday, July 15, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville with Pastor Steve Blaydes officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Rockville. Visitation is 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm Friday at Gooch Funeral Home.
