Born on September 12, 1955, in Talihina, OK, to Theodore Randall and JoAnn (Spybuck) Watson Sr., she was blessed with a life filled with purpose, passion, and adventure.
As a military brat, Phyllis attended several schools, cultivating lifelong friendships and cherished memories that lasted a lifetime. Phyllis played several years in the Women’s Indian State Fastpitch Softball Tournament at Wheeler Park in OKC.
While her father was stationed at Moffett Field, she met her soulmate, Manuel Palacios, who was also serving in the Navy. Phyllis and Manuel's 47-year marriage was a shining testament to the power of love, commitment, and devotion. Together, they shared a deep love for fishing, creating countless memories that will be cherished forever.
