Mrs. Phyllis J. Readling, 81, of Fayetteville, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
Phyllis was born December 20, 1941, in Iredell County, NC to the late Hayden and Edna Jones. Her faith in God was of great importance leading to many years of service to the churches she attended.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023, at 1 pm at Iredell Memorial Park in Statesville, NC.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Jeanne Butler and husband Ronald A.C. Butler, of Fayetteville; son, James McNeill, Jr. and wife Michelle McNeill, of Canton, Georgia; three grandchildren, Michael McNeill, Sarah Stricker, and Joshua Butler; two great grandchildren, Alex McNeill and Aulani Stricker; sister, Jan Baugas; and brother, Gerald Jones.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Readling; brothers, Dwight Jones and Thomas Jones.
