Phyllis Marie Tracey, age 80, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Ascension Mercy Hospital.
Phyllis was born on August 27, 1945, daughter of the late Cecil and Katherine (Koopman) Bebee, in Sparta, WI. Phyllis married William Tracey. She worked as a general laborer at Wald Wiring, and as a dishwasher at Evergreen.
Phyllis loved animals. Especially her beloved small dogs. She enjoyed reading and collecting books.
Phyllis is survived by her siblings, Barbara (Wayne) Larsen, Edward (Evelyn) Bebee, Edna Mae Lawrence, and Susan Bebee; brother-in-law, Rodney Thurston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Tracey; siblings, Earl Koopman, Emil Bebee, and Valerie Thurston.
Phyllis will be laid to rest at the Morman Coulee Memorial Park in the spring of 2026.
