He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Bernadette(Codella), daughter Sonia Caba (Michael), Peter Jr. and his pride and joy, his granddaughters Evelyn and Hayley Caba. Also survived by his sister Antoinetta (Frank) Carino, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles an cousins here, as well as Italy and France.
Pietro was born in Calitri, Avellino, Italy to the late Crescenzo and Giacinta (Cestone) Borea. He came to the United States with his family on April 16, 1970 at the age of 18. He attended RCA Institute and went on to a lifelong career at the former Technicon Corporation now Siemans Corporation.
In his younger years, Pete enjoyed making wine along side of his father and sharing it with family and friends! He especially loved spending holidays with his family. He will be sorely missed.
Wake is scheduled for Friday, March 10, 2023 from 2 to 4, 7 to 9. Funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrament Church on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 10:30 followed by entombment at Ferncliff Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF.ORG) 383 Main Avenue, 5th floor, Norwalk Ct. 06851.
