She worked at the former American White Cross for many years as a Machinist. She is survived by her daughter Paula Sterbens, son Andrew Calicchio, son-in-law Anthony Sterbens, daughter-in-law Naida Calicchio, and her sisters Maria and Renata. Her greatest loves were her grandchildren, Cassie Sterbens, Anthony Sterbens, Bella Calicchio, and Dani Calicchio.
A Memorial visit will take place on Tuesday August 19th from 4-8pm. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Wednesday, August 20th, at 10:30 am at Blessed Sacrament Church. In place of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association at the link below or to plant a beautiful tree in memory of Vanda. Please visit our Tree Store.
