Polly Ann Nichols

Polly Ann Nichols, 75, of Crawfordville, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025. Polly spent much of her life working in service and caregiving roles. She was a dedicated waitress for many years at Coastal Restaurant, Captain Tim's, and Mom's Restaurant. Later, she pursued her passion for caring for others as an LPN, working in geriatrics. She also lovingly cared for her mother during her dialysis treatments. In addition, Polly was an entrepreneur, owning and operating her own business, Special Touch Cleaning. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Trudie Smith; her brother, Paul Smith; and her sister, Sandra Faye Carter. Polly is survived by her sister, Janice Kell (Donald), as well as close friends Wanda Daniels and family, and Ron Nazworth, along with many other dear friends whose lives she touched. A service honoring Polly's life will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Family Funeral Home and Harvey Young Chapel, with visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m. Her final resting place will be at Donley Cemetery in Colquitt, Georgia.
