Poncio Gabriel Espinoza, 62, passed away on November 13, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on May 8, 1963, in Ecatepec de Morelos cuidad de Mexico.
Poncio is survived by his loving wife, San Juana Gonzalez, and his children: Esai Espinoza, Celso Espinoza, Valentin Espinoza, Susie Espinoza, Diann Espinoza, and Alice Espinoza. He is also survived by his brothers Hugo Espinoza, Sebastian Espinoza, Ulises Espinoza, and Alejandro Espinoza, as well as his sisters Juana Santa Cruz, Cristina Dorvelus, and Sara Espinoza. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren: Noah, Amaya, Natalie, Elijah, Allyson, Khai, Ezra, and Leonel.
Poncio was a man who loved the outdoors and could always be found working on something with his hands. He had a deep passion for remodeling and took great pride in his business, doing the work he truly loved. He enjoyed visiting South Padre Island, relaxing with good tequila, and taking in life's simple moments. Music was always close to his heart-especially the songs of Ranchera music and loved to dance-and he appreciated all genres.
He was a loyal fan of soccer and the San Francisco 49ers, and he enjoyed martial arts and swimming. Poncio had a way of making friends everywhere he went, always surrounded by people who cared for him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gabriel Espinoza and Elodia Ortiz, as well as his brother-in-law and childhood best friend, Generoso "Gene" Gonzalez.
Poncio will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his warmth, and the love he shared with his family and friends. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him
Poncio Gabriel Espinoza, de 62 años, falleció el 13 de noviembre de 2025 en Dallas, Texas. Nació el 8 de mayo de 1963 en Ecatepec de Morelos, ciudad de México. Poncio deja en vida a su querida esposa, San Juana González, y a sus hijos: Esai Espinoza, Celso Espinoza, Valentin Espinoza, Susie Espinoza, Diann Espinoza y Alice Espinoza. También le sobreviven sus hermanos Hugo Espinoza, Sebastián Espinoza, Ulises Espinoza y Alejandro Espinoza, así como sus hermanas Juana Santa Cruz, Cristina Dorvelus y Sara Espinoza. Su legado continúa a través de sus queridos nietos: Noah, Amaya, Natalie, Elijah, Allyson, Khai, Ezra y Leonel. Poncio era un hombre que amaba la naturaleza y siempre se le podía encontrar trabajando en algo con las manos. Sentía una gran pasión por la reforma y se sentía muy orgulloso de su negocio, haciendo el trabajo que realmente amaba. Disfrutaba visitando South Padre Island, relajándose con buen tequila y disfrutando de los momentos sencillos de la vida. Poncio tenía una forma de hacer amigos allá donde iba, siempre rodeado de gente que se preocupaba por él. Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Gabriel Espinoza y Elodia Ortiz, así como su cuñado y mejor amigo de la infancia, Generoso "Gene" González.
