Preston Herman Obituary
Preston Robert Herman, age 21, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on October 3, 2025, in Albuquerque. He was born on December 17, 2003, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Dannette Montoya and Ira Herman.
Preston was a 2022 graduate of Cibola High School. He had a love for baseball and enjoyed working on cars. His kind heart, fun-loving personality, and warm smile brought joy to everyone who knew him. He was a member of Sagebrush Church and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Danny Ivy Parrett, and his stepfather, Christopher Montoya.
Preston is survived by his loving mother, Dannette Montoya of Albuquerque, NM; father, Ira Herman of Albuquerque, NM; brother, Devon Herman of Albuquerque, NM; and grandmother, Dora Parrett of El Paso, TX. He also leaves behind his beloved pets—Skyler, Bella, and Biscuit—who brought him great happiness.
Preston will be remembered for his compassionate heart, his sense of humor, and his love for life. His memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
