Priscilla Hagan Obituary
A lifelong resident of Pine Bluff, she was born October 5, 1939. She was the daughter of the late James Russell Bussey and Oakie Idell Williams Bussey. Priscilla graduated from Pine Bluff High School in 1957. For over 30 years, she worked as a disability specialist for the Social Security Administration.
Mrs. Hagan was a member of Watson Chapel Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Jim Bussey and J.R. Bussey.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Earl Hagan, whom she married on January 21, 1961; a daughter Tricia Hagan Phillips (Jimmy); two grandchildren, Rachel Rushing (Brandon) and Jake Phillips (Gracie); and a great-granddaughter, Ava Rae Rushing.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 27, 2025, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Watson Chapel Baptist Church. Her funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. with Brother Steve Monk officiating. Interment will be in Brown Cemetery by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors.
Memorials may be made to Watson Chapel Baptist Church 5514 Pinnacle Lane, Pine Bluff, AR 71603.
