Vicki was raised and educated in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1970. She attended University of Mississippi College for Women and earned her BA later. Vicki was a teacher of Discussion and Debate and Drama at Pine Bluff High School and then worked as the manager of the Area Agency on Aging. She loved her family and friends and she loved to read. Vicki was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Pine Bluff.
Survivors include her children, Haley Yaney (Chris) and Reed Johnston (Heather); her grandchildren, Megan, Leslie, Clayton and Jacob; and her loving dog, Maxie.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and her stepfather, Mickey Sherman.
A memorial service will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Ralph Robinson and Son. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery. The family will gather at the home of Haley Yaney, 3310 Curry Road, Warren, AR 71671 until the service.
