Joann Rucker Obituary
She passed away January 31, 2026.
Joann was born on October 14, 1945, in Pine Bluff, daughter of Dorsey and Julia Eugene Reeves Williams.
She was reared and received her early education in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1963.
Joann was a devoted part of the United States Postal Service for 24 years as a valued mail carrier.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Larry Eugene Rucker; and sister, Willie Jean Burrall.
Survivors include two daughters, Rhonda Bunting and Carol Hartley; two sons, Larry Rucker and Jason Rucker; two sisters, Jeanette Clement and Geneva Holt; eight grandchildren, Leslie Perkins, Austin Bunting, Zachary Hartley, Bradley Hartley, Sunny Rucker, Jason Rucker, Jr., Canon Rucker and Sincere Rucker; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial gathering will be Wednesday, February 18, 2026, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. in the reception room at Robinson and Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel. (online register: www.RobinsonFuller.com)
