(NOTICE CHANGE IN TIME AND PLACE OF SERVICE)
With heartfelt love and deep sadness, we announce that Priscilla Jackson, of Lenoir City, Tennessee, entered her heavenly home at the age of 85. Born on January 12, 1940, Priscilla lived a life marked by unwavering faith, generosity of spirit, and a boundless love for both Jesus and people.
Priscilla was a devoted mother, Nana, best friend, and Pastor. Her life's ministry was not limited to the pulpit, she lived her faith daily, uplifting others through prayer, encouragement, laughter, and kindness. She had a unique gift for making everyone feel like family, and her presence brought warmth and comfort wherever she went.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Bill Jackson; grandson, Trevor Massey; mother, Myrtle Christian; father, Oscar Christian; sister, Jacqueline Littleton; and brother, Joey Christian.
She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Kim (Tom) Buchanan; grandchildren, Tarah Wilson (Bo Rogers) and Tyler Massey (Alyssa Cimino); and great-grandchildren, Paxton and Francesca Wilson, Rydleigh and Taylor Massey and a special little friend, Kensley Rogers. She also leaves behind many, many special friends whom she considered family, including her very special friend, Missie Hodges, who held a cherished place in her heart.
Priscilla's life was a testimony to the scripture she cherished and the Savior she adored. She loved deeply, served faithfully, and encouraged all who crossed her path. Her legacy of faith, strength, and genuine love will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. A Celebration of her Life will follow at 6 p.m. with Rev. David Thompson officiating. A private interment will be held in the Lakeview Cemetery.
All who were blessed by her life are invited to attend and honor her memory.
