Priscilla Martin Obituary

Priscilla's life was one of love, service, and faith. Her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was her family. She was the loving mother of three biological children and two adopted children, each of whom she cherished deeply and raised with devotion, guidance, and unwavering love. Her family was the center of her world, and she poured her heart into being not only their mother, but also their constant encourager, teacher, and friend.

Alongside raising her own children, Priscilla extended her love far beyond her household. She and her husband opened their home to more than one hundred foster children over the years. Each child who entered their home found comfort, stability, and a motherly heart full of compassion. While her foster children were many, her love for them was genuine and life-changing, leaving a lasting mark on countless young lives.

Priscilla was also a woman of many gifts, which she shared freely with others. A talented seamstress and knitter, she created countless handmade items that are treasured to this day. One of her most meaningful ministries was making baby blankets for St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Niceville. These blankets, lovingly crafted, were given to infants at their baptisms and dedications as a symbol of God's covering love.

Priscilla and her husband were proud founding members of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and remained faithful, lifelong members. She shared her musical talents as both a pianist and organist, enriching worship with her gift of music. Her playing lifted spirits, comforted hearts, and glorified God in every note.

She will be remembered as a woman of deep faith, unshakable love, and quiet strength. Though her presence will be greatly missed, her influence will continue to guide her family and all who knew her.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 26th 2025 from 11:30am to 12:30pm at McLaughlin Twin Cities Funeral Home located at 1405 E John Sims Parkway, Niceville, FL 32578. The Memorial Service will be held immediately following the Visitation.

The Interment will be held Friday, September 26th 2025 immediately following the Memorial Service, next door at the St. Paul Lutheran Church Columbarium.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Priscilla's life will be held at 4088 Rocky Dr., Niceville, FL 32578 immediately following the interment.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Emerald Coast Children's Advocacy Center in honor of Priscilla's love for children.
