Fayetteville, NC: Ms. Priscilla McGee McKinnie, 86, of Fayetteville passed away peacefully at home on February 19, 2026. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 1:00PM at the Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Coats. The Rev. Matthew Reese will be officiating the service. Burial will follow at Devotional Gardens in Dunn.
The family will receive friends from 12:00PM to 12:45PM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at the Rose and Graham Funeral Home in Coats.
Priscilla was born in Angier, NC on July 23, 1940 to the late Roy T. McGee and Lector Parrish McGee. Along with her parents Priscilla was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Falcone and brother, Randy McGee.
Priscilla worked for 25 years in Dunn as an office receptionist for Doctors Stacey and Peggy Duncan. She lived in Coats for 30 years before relocating to Raleigh. Following the death of her husband, Timothy McKinnie she retired to Dunn. In 2021 due to declining health Priscilla moved in with her son, Dr. Grover Maurice Godwin and her daughter-in-law, Helen Godwin.
Priscilla will be greatly missed. She is survived by her beloved son and daughter-in-law, siblings, Tommy McGee and wife Melody, Kay Langston and husband, David and Trent McGee along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family wishes to give a special mention to Gertie Mae Duke her friend of 50 years for her love and support.
The family wishes to express their deep appreciation to the staff at Medi Hospice for the compassionate care they provided to Priscilla.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Priscilla’s name to Medi Hospice at 564 W. McLean St #4035, St. Pauls NC 28384.
