Priscilla Tingle

Priscilla Antoinette Tingle, affectionately known to many as "Mom Seal", was born to the late Hallie and Howard Tingle Jr. on December 11, 1956. She passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025.

Priscilla spent most of her life in Dagsboro, Delaware, where she was a highly respected member of the community.

Priscilla was a loyal line worker for Showell's Poultry Plant. She worked at Townsend's Poultry Plant for about twenty years. She also offered her services in housekeeping during her younger years. In her leisure time, she greatly enjoyed watching game shows, with Family Feud being her favorite. An ardent fan of R&B and Gospel music, she found solace in the melodies of Keith Sweat and Tasha Cobbs respectively. Priscilla was also an avid cook, a hobby she often used as an expression of love towards her family. She cherished conversations over the telephone and greatly looked forward to the visits from her children and grandchildren. Family trips were her favorite, as she loved being surrounded by her loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Kalisha Tingle, grandson, Da'Keem Tingle-Nocks, brothers, Michael, Randolph and Mark Tingle and her sister Patricia Tingle.

Priscilla is survived by her loving children, Denise Tingle, Don Tingle and Martina Tingle. Her cherished six grandchildren, De'Andre Bynes, Quor'Shionda Bynes (Telford Jr), Jerrontae Holden, T'ana Tingle, Kah'lyzahi Tingle and Don'Shauneh Tingle; eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Preston Tingle and Ron Tingle; one sister, Kimberly Tingle-Saddler; two uncles, Randolph Logan and Leon Tingle (Joyce); two aunts, Juanita Johnson (Stanley) and Hazel Jacobs; two nephews, Chester Tingle (Adrienne) and Jerome Wescott; nieces, Genelle Kendrick (Marquise) and Michelle Tingle; two special friends, Marquerite Bailey (Theodore) and Violet Handy. And a host of adopted children, grandchildren, family and friends.
