Purita Wymer, 77, passed away on March 3, 2025. She was born April 10, 1947, to Sakaryas and Lucia Palo in the Philippines.
She liked shopping, going out to eat with her friends, and spending time with her family – especially her grandchildren. She was a devoted military wife and a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church. Purita retired from Remington Arms Factory, where she had many friends.
Purita was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Dayle Wymer.
She is survived by her children, Dayle (Susan) Wymer, Jr., and Edwin (Suzanne) Wymer; six grandchildren, Ciara Wymer, Lucas Parham, Allison Parham, Lillian Wymer, Sarah Barrow, Nathan Wymer; several siblings in the Philippines; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, March 6th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Smith Westbrook Funeral Home (Chapel), 404 W Dewitt Henry Drive, Beebe, Arkansas. Funeral Services are on Friday, March 7th at 10 a.m. at Smith Westbrook Funeral Home. Burial at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Beebe.
