Wow!!!!!!! Is all I can say right now,Im just hearing about Q's death and Im in shock!! To Chilley and Cool and their mother you all have my condolences and Qunicy will truly be missed. There have been some great times that all of us have shared and now Q is in a better place free from worries and pain! You all will continuously be in my prayers and God has a great Angel with him. As my girls were growing up the names Quincy, Chilley and Cool was spoken highly of in my household. I can't picture the face but the name Quincy is remember very well. My girls lost another friend and for that I am truly sorry. My deepest regards to the many family members and friends you left behind. Your wrap in God's warm embrace smiling down on us all. Quincy... I was in shock just hearing about you passing. Me and my sisters heard of the news at the exact same time and didnt believe it. My prayers goes out to Chilley, Cool and the rest of the Vines family. I still remember us growing up around the way and our long evenings hanging around bellemeade center acting like fools. You will be missed greatly by your family and those who knew you but your in a much better place now. Rest your head and worry no more
