Quinn Streich was born June 2, 1981 in Roseau, MN to Bruce and Vicki Estling Streich of Warroad. As a child, Quinn was always active and involved in school activities and loved being with her friends. She excelled in school, and was a member of the National Honor Society, did football stats, was a hockey cheerleader, and was on the swim team and the golf team, was a pianist, and was in band. She didn't let the grass grow under her feet, to be sure! That same enthusiasm followed her throughout her life, and those good friends who were with her on her youthful adventures were with her when Quinn succumbed to the disease that held her life in limbo since December. Although she suffered with MS for many years, the affliction that ended her life was a medical mystery at Mayo.

After graduating from Warroad High School, Quinn attended St. Cloud University and Regis Beauty College. Quinn was a cosmetologist for several years in the Twin Cities. After her son Colin was born, she went to school to be a paralegal. Shortly after finishing school, she developed MS. In spite of fighting the symptoms of MS, she continued to work at Nesbit Insurance Agency in Belle Plaine, MN, until her failing eyesight ended her ability to drive. In June of 2025, she entered the LakeWood Care Center in Baudette. She passed away there on August 19, surrounded by family and friends. Blessed be the memory of this beautiful life ended too soon.

Quinn is survived by her son Colin, parents, Bruce and Vicki Estling Streich, sister McCall (Chris) Plourde, Ali and Anika; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Luther and Verna Lieberg Estling and Vernon and Elnora Goetch Streich; and her cousins Jennifer and Jordan Grove, and Michael Tveit.

Funeral services will be held at Mt. Carmel Lutheran Church north of Roosevelt, Wednesday, August 27, at 11 a.m., with visitation at the Helgeson Funeral Home of Warroad from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, August 26.

Quinn's memorial service will be recorded and posted on her obituary here on Helgeson Funeral Home.com following the service.
