Quinten Wilkerson-Bates Obituary Obituary for Quinten Joseph Wilkerson-Bates It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Quinten Joseph Wilkerson-Bates, who left us too soon on July 15, 2025, at the age of 34 after a courageous battle with cancer. Quinten's kind heart, adventurous spirit, and unwavering generosity touched the lives of all who knew him. Quinten was a true animal lover, a passion evident in the deep bond he shared with his beloved dog, Lenny, who will undoubtedly miss him dearly. He found immense joy in exploring the world with his devoted wife, Andrea, embarking on countless adventures that created a lifetime of cherished memories. Quinten also had a deep love for the outdoors, often found casting a line with his best fishing buddy, James. Quinten's selflessness was legendary; he was the kind of man who would give away his last dollar if it meant helping someone in need. His compassionate nature and loving spirit were a gift to everyone around him. Quinten is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Wilkerson. He is survived by his loving wife, Andrea Bates; his devoted mother and stepfather, Penny and James Melton; his sister and brother-in-law, Whitney and Jared Simon; his stepson, Seth Smith; his stepbrother and his wife, Kevin and Terra Melton; and many other cherished friends and family members who will carry his memory in their hearts forever. Quintens light may have left this world, but his love, kindness, and spirit will live on in the hearts of those he touched. A private family burial service will take place following the funeral services. In honor of Quintens wishes, those who feel moved to write him a letter are invited to bring it and place it in his casket as a final farewell.
