Obituary For Quinton Tanoris Savage Sr.
Quinton Tanoris Savage Sr. affectionally called Q. A Proud Veteran of The United States Army passed away peacefully on April 24, 2024. He was born to the parents James Horace Savage and Laverne Gates Savage on September 12, 1964 in West Palm Beach, Florida (both deceased). Quinton grew up in West Palm Beach, FL. Later moved to Long Beach, California where he graduated Long Beach Polytechnic High School Class of 1983. He was an outstanding football player. He picked up the nickname "Drop" while serving in the Military. He was honorably discharged from the United States Army January 29, 1990. A testimonial of honest and faithful service.
Quinton is survived by one son: Quinton Tanoris Savage Jr. Two grandchildren: Jamarion Tanoris Savage, and Quinton Tanoris Savage III. Devoted sister: Frankie Gates Gerald. Two brother: Eugene Gates of West Palm Beach, FL., Burnett Gates Gerald (Deanne) of Hawthorne California. Devoted nieces: Sharonica Gerald, Alisha Stewart, Joan Wilkins, Kathalyn Wilkins, and Pastor La'Kisha Gerald McNair, and a host of other nieces. Devoted nephews: Tanoris Gerald, Bryan Gerald, Tony Willis, Kelsey Gerald, Eugene Gates Jr., Byron Anderson, and Larry Willis Jr., Tony Gerald and a host of other nephews. Special cousins: Brandt Bates, Janice Bates, Murray, and De'Shawn Hales. God Son: Michael Clark. Special friend: Kayla Philo whom he could always depend on no matter what. Other friends: D'Anton Patrick, Donald Davis, Amy Taylor, Donald Peterson, Shawanda Alvin, and Gary Davis. A host of many friends on 14th Street in West Palm Beach, FL. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
He has a host of loved ones waiting for him at the "Pearly Gates of Heaven" waiting to welcome him home.
Viewing for Mr. Quinton T. Savage Sr. will be Saturday May 4, 2024 from 1:00PM - 2:00PM with services beginning immediately after at 2:00PM at McWhite's Funeral Home Chapel. 1215 N. Tamarind Avenue. West Palm Beach, FL. 33401. Send flowers to the service of Quinton Tanoris Savage Sr.
