Columbia, South Carolina - Rachel Leigh Moulder Register, 29, of Columbia, died Thursday, December 14, 2023. She was born April 30, 1994 in Greenville, South Carolina to parents Jerry Moulder and Julie Lindsey Moulder. Rachel was married to Christopher Young Register. Rachel and Christopher went to be with the Lord together.
Rachel was a graduate of Columbia College with a degree in English. She was a beloved sister to her three siblings. Rachel always knew how to make someone laugh and cheer someone up. Rachel's passions included animals, traveling, music, art, and helping people.
Rachel is survived by her parents, Jerry and Julie Moulder; sister, Hannah Fowler( Jonathan), sister and best friend Cara Moulder; brother, John Moulder, and many friends who loved her dearly.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 20th at 2:30 PM in The Chapel of Shandon Baptist Church, 5250 Forest Drive, Columbia, SC. The family will greet friends at The Chapel beginning at 1:30 PM.

A sister is gone, I loved this girl, we were kindred soul sisters and she and her husband Chris's passing have hit us all so hard, may we lift each other up with memories of the fun, beauty, spirit and laughter they shared with us. We started out as co-workers she and I never would I have imagined the connection we would have had for the rest of her life a connection that will forever remain with me cherished. Prayers and sincerest condolences in this tragic time. May our tears be removed instantly upon the good heartfelt memories flashing back to us in remembering her, she lived and loved us hard.

Rachel you were my baby girl and I want you to know that you will always hold a special place in my heart. And I am so glad that I got to spend time with you and Christopher last week. Don't worry about Max and Ruby and Jude, Bailey. You asked me to please keep them together and that's what I'm going to do. They are safe with me and they will be forever loved just like you are. Rachel was my cousin. She was a beautiful person who had overcome a lot of adversity in her lifetime. She was always positive and looked for the good in everything. I regret not being able to spend more time with her.
