Rachel Louise Roberts

Rachel Louise Roberts, age 69, of Cumming, GA passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. She was born in 1952, to the late Ivory and Bunnie Garner Dishroom. Rachel was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Cumming, GA. She was an extremely dedicated Christian and was strong in her faith. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren beyond words. Rachel was a social butterfly who never met a stranger. Everyone who knew her loved her for her generosity and love for others. She enjoyed watching baseball and cheering on her favorite team the Atlanta Braves. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Miles Leon Roberts; and siblings, Kathy Hamby, and Dennis Dishroom.
She is survived by her children, Leon (Crystal) Roberts, and Pamela (James) Eaden; grandchildren, Katie, Brandon, Alexandria, McKenzie, Tyler, James, and Patrick; great grandson, Ryan; and sisters, Lenora Pruitt, Jean (Glendon) Williams, Ann (Charles) Rollins, and Janice (Danny) Rollins; along with many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming, GA with Rev. Danny Orr officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the hour of service.
