It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, and friend, Rae-Anna Yvette Bonilla. She passed away peacefully on August 26, 2025, in Kapolei, Hawaii, at the age of 60. Born on July 21, 1965, Rae-Anna was a true beacon of light and a compassionate soul who touched everyone she met.
Rae-Anna's life was a testament to her giving nature. She was a deeply loving and caring woman who always went the extra mile for those around her. Her spirit was beautifully reflected in her passions-she loved the art of hula and found great joy in attending church. Her faith and her community were central to her life, and she shared her warmth and kindness freely.
She is survived by her loving husband, Alfredo Bonilla, and her three children: her daughter Savannah Rae Bonilla, her son Christian Ikaika Bonilla, and her youngest daughter Anela Belle Bonilla. She also leaves behind many friends and extended family members who will cherish her memory forever.
Rae-Anna's legacy of love, compassion, and selflessness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to inspire and comfort us.
A celebration of life will be held on November 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Leeward Community Church, 1860 Komo Mai Drive, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782.
