Ralph Campbell

Ralph Campbell, 78, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at his home with his loving wife by his side.

He was born December 21, 1946, in String Town, Missouri, to Ralph Campbell and Maymie (Carnahan) Campbell. On December 15, 1973, in String Town, Missouri Ralph married Patricia Daughhetee.

Ralph was a life-time resident of Butler County. He loved watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball, NASCAR, playing computer games, and woodworking. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends. Ralph served in the United States Army.

Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Campbell; three sons, Ralph Campbell, Jr. of Poplar Bluff, Roy Campbell of Paragould, Arkansas, and Gary Campbell of Paragould, Arkansas; three grandchildren; and two brothers John Campbell of Ashburn, Georgia, and Terry Campbell of Poplar Bluff. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Maymie Campbell; one brother David Campbell; and one sister, Lola Cook. A host of family and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 01, 2025, at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will be at 11 a.m. at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Chapel with Pastor Greg Kirk officiating. Fitch- Hillis Funeral Home is assisting with all funeral arrangements.
