Ralph was born on August 13, 1936, in Brooklyn, New York. He grew up with one brother and two sisters and later proudly served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Coral Sea. Ralph had a lifelong passion for flying, photography, and history.
Throughout his life, he fulfilled many of his dreams — serving his country, raising three children, earning his pilot’s license, owning a ranch in New Mexico, and flying across the country twice, including a memorable trip to Alaska. He loved traveling the world and was always eager to share his experiences and stories with others.
Ralph is survived by his son, two daughters, three grandchildren, and many others who will carry his memory forward.
A funeral service will be held on February 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 4000 Atlantic Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to K9s For Warriors.
Ralph’s faith sustained him throughout his life, and his family finds comfort in knowing he is now at peace in God’s loving presence
