Ralph Keehl Obituary
Ralph married Shirley Ladd on June 16, 1956 and went on to have two children, Bret and Garth. He was a very proud father and loving husband. Ralph traveled the world working as an engineer; working in the summer of 1956 for D&B Steinman as an inspector for the construction of the Mackinac Bridge. Then for Burroughs Corporation as a senior field engineer. And then for Lockheed Martin from which he retired in 1999. Ralph also attended colleges such as Eastern Michigan University, Villanova University, and Valparaiso Technical Institute where he graduated with an Associates Degree in 1958.
Ralph enjoyed the company of his friends and family. Traveling, reading, writing, tinkering. Ralph will be missed by all his friends and family. He is preceded in death by; his parents, Louis and Lavina(Zimmerman)Keehl; siblings, Warren and Dorothy; son, Brett Keehl; and wife, Shirley(Ladd)Keehl. He is survived by; son, Garth Keehl; and many special nieces and nephews and their children.

Ralph was special in my life. We did land surveying together. His wife set up a blind date for me. The four of us went on that date and about six months later I married that beautiful girl and sixty one years ago.we are still very happy. Thank you Shirley and Ralph. God bless you.

He rested awhile, felt the touch of her smile;
And now they're together again.
