Ralph P. Lerro, 93, of Liverpool, NY passed away on Wednesday at Elderwood at Liverpool. He was born in Syracuse, NY, the son of the late Michele and Angelina (D'Onofrio) Lerro. After graduating from North High School, Class of 1949, Ralph proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. On August 8, 1953 he was united in marriage to the former Marilyn I. Richmond, a blessed union of 69 years until her passing in 2023. Ralph retired as a Sales manager with AT&T in Syracuse after 35 years of employment.

Ralph loved traveling with his wife and playing cards with family and friends. He enjoyed golfing, trips to the casinos and Bingo. Ralph had a great sense of humor and enjoyed entertaining friends with his stories. Most of all he valued family time, always proud of all his grandchildren's accomplishments.

He was a member of Arrowhead Golf Course for 15 years, the American Legion Post # 787 in Cicero and a communicant of Pope John XXIII Catholic Church. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his beloved wife, Marilyn, great-grandson, Joey, brother, Clement Lerro and his sister, Carmela Laury.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his son, Thomas (Susan) Lerro, of North Syracuse, NY, two daughters, Angela (Steven) Vangel of Liverpool, NY and Linda (David) Laubscher of Chapel Hill, NC, six grandchildren; Patricia (Aaron), Pamela (James), Joseph (Brittany), Jaclyn (Bobby), Kevin (Cailin), Kristen (Alex), two step-grandchildren, Bridget (Nelson) and Tracy, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The Rite of Committal and entombment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum, DeWitt, NY.
