Ralph J. Maciejewski, 74, of La Salle, passed away March 20, 2024 in OSF St. Joseph's Medical Center in Bloomington surrounded by his family.
Celebration of Life will be 11:00 AM Wednesday in the Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle with Rev. Paul Carlson officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until time of services.
Ralph was born in La Salle on October 30, 1949 to Ralph and Margaret (Rooney) Maciejewski. He married Lee (Jozwiak) Palia on December 23, 1994. He served as a sergeant in the United States Army. He was a devoted grandpa.
Ralph is survived by his wife Lee of La Salle; one daughter Stefanie Raffety of La Salle; one step-daughter Stephanie (Dave) Henke of Houston, TX; one step-son Matt Palia of Ottawa; four grandchildren, Trajan and Addison Raffety, Piper and Charlotte Palia; two brothers, David (Nancy) Maciejewski of La Salle and James (Joseph Aschenbrenner) Maciejewski of Chicago.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
