Obituary for Ramil Gambal

Jan. 4, 1970 – Aug. 19, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ramil Gambal, beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, who went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on August 19, 2025, while on family vacation.

An exceptionally devoted husband and father, Ramil treasured every moment with his wife and son. He was his family's rock and safe haven, Carmela's perfect half and Christian's best buddy. His love for them shone brightly in every part of his life.

Born on January 4, 1970, in Camarines Norte, Philippines, Ramil made East Windsor, NJ, his home for the past 25 years. He lived a life marked by service, generosity, and love. Ramil built lasting friendships, cherished family bonds, and faithfully served in his church, where his quiet strength and servant leadership inspired many.

Professionally, Ramil brought over 30 years of experience in the technology and pharmaceutical industries. He was admired by colleagues as an exemplary coworker - dedicated, hardworking, and always leading with integrity.

Ramil was deeply loved by his family, friends, and church community. He leaves behind his wife, Carmela; his son, Christian; his siblings and in-laws Roberto & Julie, Ginalyn & Doug, Maribeth & Emman, and Mabel. He is reunited in heaven with his beloved parents.

A celebration of his life and faith will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, at The Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Avenue, Princeton, NJ. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM, followed by the memorial service at 9:30 AM. All who were touched by his life are warmly invited to join us as we honor his memory.

Though his time with us was far too short, Ramil's legacy of love, faith, and light will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation and making an impact to the church he serves and loves, Word Christian Fellowship International.

"Well done, good and faithful servant." – Matthew 25:23
