Ramon "Rey" Reynaldo Solis
Ramon "Rey" Reynaldo Solis, a beloved soul who graced this world with his presence, passed on May 9, 2024. Born in Elsa, Texas on March 1, 1945, Ramon's journey through life touched the hearts of many and left lasting impact on all who knew him.
In reflecting his life, we remember Ramon not only for his warm smile and kind heart but also for his unwavering love and dedication to his family and friends. He was a pillar of strength and a source of wisdom for those around him, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.
Ramon is now reunited with his parents Tomas and Trinidad Solis, his daughter Melva Alicia Solis, his brother Mario A. Solis, and his sister Aida Solis Mariscal. While we mourn the loss of such a remarkable individual, we take solace in the memories we shared with him and the lessons he imparted during his time with us.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will forever be cherished by his surviving family and friends. Ramon "Rey" is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Marina Solis. Ramon is also survived by his son Mario A Solis (Diana), daughter Monica A Solis-Zambrano (Jesus), stepson Ramon Alvarado, sister Dolores Solis, brothers Oscar Solis and Efrain Solis, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
To know Ramon was to be in the presence of goodness and grace. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. As we grieve his passing, let us also celebrate the beautiful life he lived and the love he shared with each and every one of us. Rest in peace, dear Ramon.
