Ramon Rivera Obituary
Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Eladio and Agripina Cruz Rivera.
He was employed as a custodian in the Philadelphia school system.
Ramon was a member of the First Hispanic Baptist Church of Bethlehem. An avid musician, he enjoyed singing and playing his guitar.
Surviving in addition to his wife are sons; Obaldo Cruz Rivera and Ramon Cruz Rivera, both of Puerto Rico, Reynaldo Rivera of California and Norberto Rivera of Bethlehem, daughters; Marisol Cruz Rivera, Lillian Cruz Rivera, and Nilsa Cruz Rivera, all of Puerto Rico and Maria Shifter of Bethlehem, brothers; Miguel Cruz of Puerto Rico, Almino Cruz and Carlos Cruz of Philadelphia, 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025 in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden St., Bethlehem, at 11:00 am. Calling hour 10:00 – 11:00.am.
