Ramon Salazar Vallejo

Ramon Salazar Vallejo was born on July 28, 1932, in Coahuila, Mexico, and passed away on January 31, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Ramon was known as a man of many trades. Throughout his life, he worked as a farmer, roofer, in construction, and in many other fields, always doing what was necessary to provide for his family. For many years, he worked as a ranch hand in La Pryor, Texas, at Chaparosa Ranch, and at Bowman Ranch in Carrizo Springs, Texas. His hard work, dedication, and strong work ethic were evident in everything he did.

Above all, Ramon deeply loved his family. He cherished spending time with them and especially enjoyed moments with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride. His wisdom, presence, and love will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

Ramon was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Guadalupe Vallejo.

He is survived by his children; Reynaldo Vallejo wife: Amelia, Thelma Puente Husband: Jose Luis, Mauro Vallejo wife: Ramona, Rosalba Ortiz Husband: Eduardo, Raymond Vallejo wife: Linda, Paulina Mehlmann husband: Mike. He also leaves behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren so many that they are truly too numerous to count each carrying forward his legacy of love and hard work.

Ramon Salazar Vallejo will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for the life he lived, the family he cherished, and the example he set.
