Ramsey Congo Obituary
Born June 10, 1993, in Weirton, Ramsey was the daughter of Gary and Becky Hendershot Patterson of New Cumberland.
Ramsey graduated from Oak Glen High School in 2011. She continued her education at Bethany College receiving a bachelor's degree. On July 21, 2017, she married the love of her life, Matthew Congo.
Ramsey worked as a substitute teacher for Hancock County School. She loved taking care of her horse and playing video games. Ramsey loved to help others, always had a smile on her face, and lit up a room wherever she went.
She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Matthew S. Congo; son, Colt Congo; sister, Casey Wright (Nathan) of Chester; mother in-law, Sandy Temple (Mike) of Chester and brother in-law, Bryan Congo of Wheeling.
Pastor Mike Direnzo will celebrate Ramsey's life, Friday, August 23, 2024, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 6:00PM. Friends may visit with her family for a memorial visitation, 3 hours prior to the service from 3:00PM-6:00PM.

The thing I will always remember about Ramsey is her beautiful smile. I was deeply saddened to hear of her passing. Prayers for the whole family.
