Rancy River

Rancy River, age 58, of Dubuque, passed away at home surrounded by his family at 8:55 p.m., on Friday, September 6, 2024. To honor Rancy's life private services were held.
Rancy was born on October 13, 1965, in the Marshall Islands, the son of Clanto and Rise (Kaious) River.
He married Jane Jetton on January 1, 2000, and they moved to the United States in 2003. He was a fantastic piano player who loved to entertain others, often playing at the Marshallese UCC Ministry where he served as a Deacon. Rancy worked at various jobs with his family until he had to retire due to his health issues.

Rancy was preceded in death by his parents.
