A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 4, 2025, at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. No visitation is planned.
He is survived by his wife Heather Hall; his stepchildren Ethan Rushing, Mallorie Harrell, Taylor Harrell, and Carrie McKenzie; his sister Brenda Rook (Ed); his mother-in-law Julie Allbritton; 2 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a US Army veteran and worked as a mechanic.
Randall is preceded in death by his parents John and Opal Hall; his brothers John and Darrell Hall; and his grandparents Luther and Carrie Noble.
