Randall "Randy" Heidemann, age 69, of Waldo, WI, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2025 at Sheboygan Senior Community Center after a year long battle with Glioblastoma.
He was born on October 11, 1955 in Random Lake, WI, a son of the late Lester and Marion (Habeck) Heidemann.
Randy graduated from Random Lake High School in 1973. Randy helped on the family farm and worked at Gehl Corp and the FS Waldo Feed Mill.
On July 8, 1989, he married Lynell Knutson at St. John Lutheran Church-Sherman Center. The couple resided in the Waldo area since their marriage. Lynell preceded him in death on April 13, 2013.
He worked at GKN Sinter Metals in Menomonee Falls for 25 years before retiring in March 2024.
Randy was a lifelong member of St. John Lutheran Church-Sherman Center. Randy was a jack of all trades and a people person. He could get along with anyone and made everyone feel like family.
Survivors include his children, Amanda (Brian) Kronstedt, Tom (fiancé Morgan), Larissa (friend Mike), and Celci Heidemann; sisters, Linda (John) Nimmer, Sandra (Dean) Korb, Susan (Peter) Klas; brother, Daniel (Bonnie) Heidemann; brothers-in-law, Bernard (Carmen) Knutson and Eric (Brenda) Knutson, "The McDonald's Crew" and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, in-laws Cliff and Sue Knutson, infant son, Michael, and his sister, Cindy Heidemann.
Visitation will be held on Saturday (May 17, 2025) at St. John Lutheran Church-Sherman Center from 10:00AM-1:00PM; with a memorial service to follow at 1:00PM. Pastor Randal Schoemann will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Randy's name for Glioblastoma Research.
