He was born in Corbin, Kentucky on October 29, 1968, to the late Pleas and Anna Lee Reed Monhollen.
Randall was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Deborah Phillips and a niece Jennifer Nantz.
Randall is survived by his sister Sandy (Hershel) Barton, a brother Johnny Monhollen, nephews Tyler (Kayla) Monhollen, and Derek (Tiffany)Barton.
