There will be a celebration of life at a later date for Randy Curtis Page,72, who passed away on January 18, 2026, in Tyler, Texas. Born on April 16, 1953, in Elmhurst, Illinois, Randy had a profound impact on everyone he encountered throughout his life.

As an educator, he served as a Professor of Photography at McLennan County Community College, Baylor University, the Art Institute of Fort Worth, and U.T. Arlington. His dedication to his craft was evident not only in his teaching but also in his professional work, which included site photography for NASA's White Sands Test Facility. Randy wore many hats throughout his career, becoming a respected figure in the world of photography.

Randy earned his master’s degree in photography from Sam Houston State University, where he honed his skills and developed a passion for capturing the beauty of the world around him. Many will remember him for his witty humor and irreverent spirit; he had a unique ability to bring joy and laughter into any situation. He never met a stranger and could engage anyone in conversation, making him a beloved presence in the lives of those who knew him.

In addition to his teaching and professional life, Randy was known for his love of woodland creatures and his culinary talents. He delighted in cooking and smoking meat and was a devoted fan of baseball and NASCAR. Those who shared meals with him were not only treated to delicious food but also to his infectious laughter and stories. Randy was also the go-to person for dining recommendations, demonstrating his passion for food and his enjoyment of sharing experiences with others.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Irene Page; his brother, Norman Page; and his son, Hunter Grayson.

Randy is survived by his loving wife, Stephanie Page; his daughter, Cassie Page and her husband, Matt; his sons, Travis Becker and his girlfriend, Destiny, Christopher Nichols and his wife, Ashley, and Ethan Nichols; his grandchildren, Kaci Becker and Jaxon Burress; as well as his sister, Donna Page; brother, William "Chip" Page and his wife, Teri; sister-in-law, Susan Page; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Randall’s memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends who were touched by his kind spirit and vibrant personality. His legacy as a great photographer and a wonderful human being will continue to inspire those who knew him.
