Randall "Randy" White, 65, beloved father, grandfather, son, and brother, passed away on December 15, 2025, in Wichita, KS. Randy was born on February 29, 1960, in Wichita and graduated from Wichita South High School. An alumnus of Wichita State University, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1983. He had a career as an electrical and structural engineer, with over 35 years of service in the aerospace industry, at Boeing and Spirit Aerosystems.
Randy is survived by his daughter, Megan Phelps; his son and daughter-in-law, Dylan and Braley White; his grandchildren, Parker White, Kainen White, Chandler Phelps, and Myles Phelps; his mother, Donna White; and his sister, Brenda White. He was preceded in death by his father, David White, and his grandparents, Ray and Viola McConnell, and Warren and Mayme White.
Randy was dedicated to his family and nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his loved ones. He was an active participant in their lives, present for celebrations and everyday moments alike, and always ready with a "Dad Joke” which often elicited both laughter and groans.
Passionate about Jesus and committed to helping others, Randy was more than just a skilled doer; he was a helper who always found time to lend a hand. From working on cars to renovating houses, tending to his land, and nurturing flowers and vegetables, he always had a list of projects and ways to help others. Randy cultivated many long-lasting relationships, and he will be dearly missed by his family and many friends, but we take comfort in knowing that he had chosen to follow Jesus and he will spend eternity with Him.
